Dieting Supplements to Lose Weight

Do dieting supplements work?

I set out to prove that they do. Well, okay, I chose two supplements and tried them out over a 6 month period. The first, which was garcinia cambogia extract pure, I utilized over the first 3 month period, and then noted the final result.

The second, which was green coffee bean extract, I did exactly the same as Garcinia. I used it for 3 months and then noted the end result here too.

So how did I fare?

Did I lose weight? And if so, how much weight did I manage to lose with each supplement?

First, the Garcinia supplement helped me to lose 23 pounds within 3 months. I was pretty happy about that to say the least. I struggle to lose weight on a regular basis, so this was indeed good progress.

Secondly, the green coffee bean extract allowed me to lose a total of 24 pounds within the 3 month period. Almost the same end result as the Garcinia.

To say I’m really motivated by these results using the supplements mentioned is an understatement. They both certainly work for me, and I’ll be hoping to improve on my weight loss by continuing with either or both supplements in the future.
