There’s no doubting it that weight loss supplements have really become popular within the last few years. When I say “really” that is a bit of an understatement. Folks have gone mad over weight loss or dietary supplements!

I mean, take garcinia cambogia for weight loss, the supplement that gained overnight fame (and fortune for the developers, no doubt) after being featured on the Dr Oz television show. It’s managed to blast its’ way to the top of the weight loss dieting supplements rankings in such a short space of time.

But does it really work?

Well, according to Dr Oz and his team of medical doctors and nutritionists, it does.

They performed an experiment on his audience, which consisted of some 100 ladies. All of whom were a fairly similar age. All of whom a fairly similar weight, and with relatively similar eating habits.

It was found that, after half the audience were given Garcinia to take, while the other half of the audience were given a placebo instead (not that they were informed about that), those that took the dieting supplement lost the most weight.
